No reception it took us almost am our to come in. They were not answering the phone and we had issues with our booking code

We arrived at midnight and It was difficult to figure out how to get in. No signs. Needs renovation. No staff was around.

The location was a game-changer. Its proximity – just a 10-minute walk from our conference venue – added immense convenience to our stay. Moreover, the closeness to Bilka provided easy access to all necessities, such as food and drink, making our experience even more comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness and pristine condition of the room. The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, but we'd particularly like to commend Michella for her professionalism and problem-solving abilities. Her skill in troubleshooting challenges was admirable, and she conducted herself with utmost courtesy.

Location Signage: Given the ongoing construction work around Zleep Ishoj, navigating to your location was a bit challenging. I suggest that the team experience the journey using various modes of transport, such as train, bus, car, or on foot, to identify areas where additional signage would be beneficial. Check-In Machine: While we were glad to sort out our check-in issues via a phone call to your team, it's worth considering the addition of an 'assistance' button on the machine itself. This could be particularly useful for guests who may not have international calling capabilities or whose mobile battery has run out. Room Amenities: As travelers from the UK, we value having access to hot water for tea. It would have been convenient to have a kettle in the room. Though we learned later that kettles are available upon request, this wasn't initially clear. Similarly, we discovered that the breakfast room was two floors below only after reading the door message. Consider placing this information on the table instead, as guests often overlook door messages assuming they're related to fire safety. If energy consumption is a concern, perhaps a communal hot water urn on each floor could be a solution.

Clean modern room, good bathroom, easy enough to get to Copenhagen, supermarket downstairs open 7.00 - 22.00

Beds slightly uncomfortable, just mattress topper on a divan. Could do with kettle in room as there is nowhere to get coffee early in the morning. Entrance a bit tricky to find if checking in out-of-hours (look for yellow door in one of the entrances)

could definitely have been cleaner fabrics, a pouffe near my bed was stained and ugly. Otherwise, I found the place to be clean in terms of the floor and the bathroom.

The accessibility to the trains was super simple and easy.

I would have liked to choose a room on the same floor as the elevator as we were unware that some portion (9th floor) was not disabled friendly. getting up there was a bit difficult for the older people we travelled with.

Hotel under renovation - the lobby and the coridor with signs of renovation: paper covers, paint, other materials. I had 2 single beds in my room and 1 of the beds was damaged, had a dent in the middle of the bed. Lucikly I was sleeping on the other one. The walls between the rooms are very thin and you can hear very clearly sounds and noises from the neighbouring rooms. The same with the room doors. All in all I woudl expect lower price for the room. Ps. I have read quite some many opinions about the check in kiosk and difficulties with the self check in process; I had no issues with check in.
